Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website narltd.site and any engagement with NAR Ltd. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by NAR Ltd, registered in England & Wales, with its address at The Racquets Court, 3 College Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne & Wear, England, NE1 8JG, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 884 959 406.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Allergens, dietary requirements and food safety
Allergen information. Our kitchens handle the fourteen allergens required to be declared under assimilated Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, including cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, lupin and molluscs. Allergen information for any dish we supply is available on request and will be provided before an order is confirmed. Because the same kitchen and equipment are used to prepare dishes containing allergens, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of a given allergen, and we are unable to represent any dish as safe for a person with a severe allergy unless that has been specifically agreed with us in writing. Anyone with a food allergy or intolerance must tell us before an order is confirmed.
Dietary requirements are agreed as part of the brief and must be notified in advance; requirements raised on the day cannot always be met. Menus, dishes and prices are subject to seasonality, supply and availability, and we may substitute an item of equivalent standard where necessary. Numbers must be confirmed by the time stated in the quotation, and charges are based on confirmed numbers; cancellation terms are as set out in the catering agreement. Food safety procedures are operated on HACCP principles. Where food is supplied for service away from our premises, responsibility for its storage, temperature control and service after handover passes to the client unless we have expressly agreed to provide service on site. Nothing on this website is nutritional, dietary or medical advice.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
